The goal of the Region 5 Substance Use Prevention Integration Center (RSUPIC) is to collaborate and connect youth serving organizations to provide equitable and trauma informed services in southern Illinois. We aim to support all youth, including those impacted by familial substance use or at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
